Topia Tower’s introduction and later free housing
The July 21, 2022 Update 64 announcement introduced Topia Tower Apartments and described the new pass as access to more luxurious rooms, a rest and play area, and a luxury vehicle. Its mention of a sale applied to that release week; it is not evidence of a discount today.
A January 25, 2023 announcement separately introduced a free Chinese-style apartment. Keep that free release separate from the paid penthouses when comparing access.

If your group can access the relevant premium apartment, make the visit about the host and guests rather than the size of the property. The host can introduce the gathering, a guest can arrive with news and another can suggest the next destination.
Check what each participant can enter before fixing the meeting point. The owner’s advertised entitlement does not explain every guest-access rule, so don’t promise friends they can use a particular room without checking.
An afternoon using shared facilities
If the rest area or rooftop pool is accessible to the participants, use it as a second location after the home visit. Tell everyone where the next scene starts and wait until the group is together before continuing.
Use the premium facilities as places for the group to socialize. This scene is not a documented reward chain or a way to collect a proven daily bonus.
Compare apartments with other housing packages
Apartment Pass is most relevant when your group wants upper-floor housing and the building’s premium facilities. Courtyard Pass focuses on named courtyards and matching homes instead. Neither description establishes ownership of all the other package’s contents.
